Implant- Supported Dentures:

Implant-supported dentures are for people who have lost an entire arch or all of their teeth due to several different reasons. These restorations are supported by 4 or 6 titanium implants that are placed in the jaw surgically. Over the next 3 to 6 months, the implants will integrate in the jaw bone in a process called osseointegration. When the osseointegration process is complete, Dr. Chegini will attach connectors (abutments) to the implants to hold your dentures. Lastly, custom-fitted dentures are connected to the abutments to provide optimal aesthetics and functionality.
